A distinctive junmai daiginjo sake. Experience the best sake Yamaguchi Prefecture has to offer with this refined bottle of Dassai junmai daiginjo sake. This top-class Dassai range was once highly popularised when given as a gift to the president of the United States and demand was such that attaining one was nearly impossible. Made with Yamada Nishiki genmai brown rice milled down to the lowest percentage of 23%, this particular Dassai pays particular attention to its rice milling process, creating a brew that's delicately sweet like honey yet with a crisp aftertaste. Best enjoyed chilled in a wine glass to better enjoy its distinct aroma. Type: Junmai Daiginjo Sake Flavour: Medium dry Drinking Temperature: Chilled (10-12°C) or at room temperature.

Kubota Manju Junmai Ginjo Sake (720ml)
Presented by Asahi Brewery, Kubota Manju is the paramount of the "Kubota" series. Has a plush, creamy texture, and several layers of complex flavor and umami. Enjoyed chilled, this sake can reveal the calm and complex portrait of existence.

Kubota Senju Ginjo Sake (300ml & 720ml)
The nose is a party of dried fruit, minerals, nutmeg, ripe plum, and banana cream pie. Oooooh the Kubota legend brings forth a honjozo that belts around flavors such as caramel, cotton candy and cocoa in a very dry and of course clean package. There is a bit of back door acidity and an unmistakable aftertaste that revisits the cotton candy elements. Clean and clear this honjozo gives one a good impression of a layered sake that works better at or near room temperature.
